The location was superb! i could easily walk to the rijksmuseum and the van gogh museum. i found it very close to shops and restaurants. the staff helped me with every question i had. the little snack and bar in the basement was a nice touch. I noted my name and what i took, and the items were added to my bill when i checked out. breakfast was AMAZING!!!
the room is a bit old. it has a slightly neglected feel to it.

the hotel is located just a minute's walk from tram and bus stops, including the airport bus! i found a convenient store and supermarket within a few minutes' walk. i got a late checkout arranged for €10 an hour.

The location is AMAZING! It is close to museums and transport options. The staff was genuinely helpful. Breakfast had a wide selection of fruits and delicious pancakes made to order. I will come back again.
The room had a very slight musty smell in the carpet.

Our superior double room included air conditioning and a well-equipped bathroom. The room was spacious, airy, and very clean. The bathroom had an excellent shower and nice toiletries.

the room i was assigned was smaller than expected. the provided coffee machine did not function properly, failing to heat the water sufficiently. noise from adjacent rooms was also a problem, disrupting sleep.

the location is wonderful (i was so happy!). it is just a brief walk from the museum square. the tram and buses are also very close, giving easy access to the airport and other destinations. the breakfast was good. it set me up well for the day.
the room felt a bit old. i think it could use some freshening up. there was no air conditioning, made sleeping a little difficult. opening the windows let in street noise, it sometimes disrupted my sleep.
